Hosted by Sharing Spaces Kitchen with support from the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection (DATCP) and the Agriculture Innovation and Development Center (AIDC). One of the goals of Sharing Spaces Kitchen is to help launch or scale-up local food businesses. While the kitchen provides a venue for producing a commercial product, there is much more to operating a successful business than production. Marketing, ingredient sourcing, financing, packaging, safety, and management are few other key facets of operating a food business. Sharing Spaces Kitchen can provide education opportunities, marketing assistance, and quick direction to the resources your food business needs most.
