Deep Sea Summit presents a refreshing take on the live/electronic, "man meets machine" feel. It's one part dance party and one part movie soundtrack, with an inherent emotional charge that transitions seamlessly from stereo to stage. The band has developed a knack for experimenting with electronic tones, samples, and programming while being careful not to sacrifice the human element.
Formed in 2007 in the small college town of Winona, MN, Deep Sea Summit has since gained recognition through live performances and the 2009 release of their debut, self titled EP. The EP is exclusively available as a free download at www.deepseasummit.com and was recorded, mixed and mastered at Winterland Studios in Minneapolis, MN.
