SCHOOL SUPPLIES NEEDED

Decorah Senior Girl Scout Troop 253 is conducting a Community Service Project
to collect new or good used school supplies and will be distributed by NEICAC
(Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation) Family Service office to families in need.
Girl Scouts Troop 253 will be helping out by distributing boxes to Decorah Churches, Banks,Donlons and The Family Table for the community to drop off their donation.

Decorah United Soccer Club Fall Soccer Program

- Online registration will be open August 1 - August 10.

We are excited to unveil a NEW format for our Fall Soccer Program! The season will include six weeks of soccer fun with the Northeast Iowa Soccer League. It will include practices, games, and even an optional league tournament!

Open to all 8-14 year olds
September 7 - October 25
6 Practices: Sundays (Sept. 7, 14, 21, 28, Oct. 5, 12)
6 Games: Saturdays (Sept. 13, 20, 27, Oct. 4, 11, 18)

 

Nordic Fest Luncheon

Congregational UCC Nordic Fest Luncheon July 25th, 11:00-1:30. 209 West Broadway Street. Adults $10, Children 10 and under $5. Handicapped accessible w/ AC. Tickets on sale at the CUCC church office, Chamber or at the door.

Become a Friendship Family to a new international student at Luther College. The Luther College Diversity Center is seeking individuals and families who are interested in learning about another part of the world, and sharing US culture with bright, eager young people. Friendship Families are assigned a student with whom they can take part in Luther sponsored activities and normal family time fun. We ask a one year commitment, though strong and lasting relationships…
